Three Primary Components for TigerView Cloud
1. Uploader
The TigerView Cloud Uploader can be installed on any local workstation with network access to the TigerView PACS local database. The TigerView Cloud Uploader constantly monitors the local TigerView PACS database for images which have not been uploaded to the cloud. All images are automatically compressed prior to upload, creating files that are 30% smaller than the local image files. Software can be run locally on server and on Windows XP/7/8/10. The TigerView Cloud Uploader installer is 10MB.
2. TV Cloud Viewer
The TigerView Cloud Viewer is an installable viewer which requires the user to provide log-in information specific to their TigerView Cloud account (e-mail & password). The viewer is virtually identical to the local TigerView image viewer. A minimum download speed of 5 mb/ps is required. Requires Microsoft Windows XP/7/8/10. The TigerView Cloud viewer installer is a 10 MB file.
3. TV iPad / iPad mini / iPhone
The TigerView Cloud viewer can also be accessed by using an iPAD, iPHONE and iPADmini. A free download is required from the APP Store. Once installed on the device, the user is then prompted to provide log-in information specific to their TigerView Cloud account (e-mail & password). The viewer is similar to the local TigerView image viewer. A minimum download speed of 5 mb/ps is required.
Additional notes:
The local TigerView PACS database must still exist locally and current back-up configurations still apply.
In the event of a local HD failure where all local data was lost, the Cloud database will then act as back-up.
